I'm one of those people. I love San Francisco but seldom have the time to really explore new parts of the city, and so I stick to what I know. I stick to the purple and green of China Town, the bookstores, the parks, a slice of Pizza at Tony's on Greene and a quick snack down on the Wharf. That's what I do. San Francisco lives fast and - mostly - hidden. Millions of tourists but these people don't care, they go up and down with their business like we weren't there. They have a rhythm that can't be broken. I just stand there and take a shot at it. Always sad to leave, always looking forward to be back.
